Advanced Training and Didactics

Modern formats of higher education are an important part of the development of good teaching. In this respect, the Didactics, E-Learning and Quality Management Unit has developed a needs-orientated programme for teaching staff and students in order to further develop the technical, university and media didactic skills of all university members. To this end, we are also involved in the MV Competence Network for University and Media Didactics. This is a network of employees from e-learning, media and didactics centres as well as general digital teaching at universities in MV.

In addition to individual counselling, the range of services for lecturers includes demand-oriented further training courses, digital courses and the annual Didactics Day.

Students also have opportunities for further education. For example, via the eTutor programme at Wismar University of Applied Sciences or the courses offered by the Robert Schmidt Institute.
