Troubleshooting and support
For university members who have problems with IT services, we recommend the following procedure:
If you have any questions about the operation of certain services or applications, please first have a look at the IT Info pages.
If you cannot solve your problem this way, please send an e-mail to email@example.com for error messages and support requests. This way your request will automatically be added to our support ticket system.
Please note the following so that we can process it there:
- Only one request per e-mail please. Otherwise we can neither assign nor process the support ticket.
- Please formulate a meaningful subject. This will enable our support team to allocate your request faster and more precisely.
- Please describe the error as precisely as possible in the text of the e-mail so that the person processing your request can narrow down the problem and solve it as best as possible without having to re-contact you.
