We will explore copyright, patents, trademarks and related topics, and examine real-life case studies.
The workshop will be led by Stefan Rieke – an engineer and lawyer specialising in industrial property rights. He brings with him several years’ experience in handling industrial property rights cases and in teaching on the subject, and will demonstrate just how sensitive yet relevant this topic is during the start-up process. Participants will then have the opportunity for confidential one-to-one consultations.
This event is aimed at students, non-UAS-members, start-up founders and anyone who thinks creatively and inventively – and wants to act with confidence.
