Gender Equality Strategy

The Concept for Equality and Parity of Wismar University of Applied Sciences outlines the institutional framework for promoting equal opportunity, diversity, and gender-equitable structures at the university. It brings together goals, measures, and responsibilities to ensure that equality is sustainably embedded in research, teaching, student life, and administration.

At the same time, this concept serves as Wismar University of Applied Sciences' Gender Equality Plan (GEP) in accordance with the requirements of Horizon Europe. As a strategic document signed by the university administration, it documents the university’s equality strategy and ensures that the institutional prerequisites for participation in European Commission funding programs are met.
