All four Schwerin prizes go to us

Nur wenige Meter vom Schweriner Schloss entfernt, in den Räumlichkeiten der IHK zu Schwerin fand die Eröffnungsveranstaltung der Schweriner Wissenschaftswoche mit der Vrleihung der Schweriner Innovatiosnpreise an (v. l.) Paul Richard Rudolph M. Eng., Lars Emmerich M. Eng., Maik Riebort M. A. und Lea Sophie Möller B. A., statt.

The fact that all four Schwerin Innovation Prizes 2025 were awarded to students and alumni of our university is a very special success.

Lars Emmerich M. Sc., Lea Sophie Möller B. A., Maik Riebort M. A. and Paul Richard Rudolph M. Eng. impressed the jury with innovative final theses and project work in the fields of digitalisation, architecture, sustainable development and energy.

The award ceremony took place on 3 November 2025 at the Schwerin Chamber of Industry and Commerce as part of Schwerin Science Week 2025 under the motto ‘Future Energy’. The Förderer von Hochschulen in Schwerin e. V. (Association for the Promotion of Universities in Schwerin) awards the prizes, each worth 500 euros, donated by Stadtwerke Schwerin GmbH.
