During the morning, both target groups will work in separate sections:
Section for students: Workshop ‘Algorithmised public sphere and fake news: media literacy for democratic practice’ – effects of digital public spheres on opinion formation and recognising disinformation, fake news and SLOP.
Section for school pupils: Workshop ‘Experiencing the right of veto in practice’ – strengthening democratic attitudes (equality, participation, responsibility) and practical application of the right of veto as a means of protecting one's own boundaries.
In the afternoon, there will be a joint exchange format in which both groups will bring together their results and discuss key findings.
Places are limited, so we recommend registering early. (Registration deadline: 28 February 2026)
Thanks to funding from the Interreg South Baltic Programme, participation is free of charge (including lunch).
