The registration is open. Please note that at least one of the authors must register in order to get the paper published. Please fill the registration form electronically and return it to iiphdw2023@hs-wismar.de.

Early bird fee (until 9th April): 200 € 220 €
Late registration (after 9th April): 260 € 280 €
Accompanying person: +40 € +40 €

Registration deadline for authors: 9.04.2023

Accomodation is not coverd by the fee. It is recommended to book the accomodation in advance. The following inexpensive accomodations/ hotels are recommended:

PLEASE NOTE THAT

  • Full registration and payment cover the welcome reception, lunch vouchers, coffee and cake, refreshments, submission and processing of one paper and the social event
  • Registration and payment for an accompanying person only includes the participation at the welcome reception (a boat trip with an old ship replica on Wednesday evening) and at the social event (on Thursday evening)
  • If you are an IEEE Member please send a copy of the IEEE Membership Card with this registration form
  • Bank transfer fees have to be paid by the participant
  • Registrations cancelled on or before 15 April 2023 will be refunded subject to a reduction of 25% to cover administrative charges. No fees will be returned for cancellation requests received after that date
  • We issue an invoice at the conference onsite registration or on request
  • Photographs and/or video will be taken at the IIPhDW 2023. By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming for promoting future IIPhDW events. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the organizers via email.
