    Instructions for Authors

    Submission of the Full Paper

    Submission of the Full Paper

The conference committee has decided to submit the proceedings for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore library. This way, your publication will be available online for longer and will be easier to find by other researchers. In addition, an extended and revised version of the best papers can be published in the IAPGOS open access journal.

Please be advised that your article will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore database if the following conditions are met:

    • Your article topic is within the IEEE Xplore Database scope, i.e. it concerns broadly understood engineering
    • The article will receive at least two positive reviews
    • The copyright form is filled and sent (more information about this soon)
    • The paper passes the anti-plagiarism check

The contributors must prepare the paper using the official templates linked below:

    LaTeX and Microsoft Word Template

The best method of ensuring that your paper meets the format requirements is to copy and paste the article into the template file. The paper is required to be original, stating the main contributions of your work and to be written in English. All papers will be double blind reviewed.

    General guidelines are:

    • Paper Length: Minimum of 2, maximum of 6 pages, including figures, tables, references, authors' names and affiliations
    • Paper Size: US letter (8.5 x 11 inches), A4 (210mm x 297mm)
